Dr. Troche is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist offering fertility treatment in the greater Phoenix area, Arizona. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Troche is one of the countries highly-respected fertility expert in the medical community. His great skill in the fertility field and wonderful bedside manner earned him the excellent reputation he has today. 5,000 Valley physicians and colleagues recently nominated Dr. Troche "Top Doctor 2009" as one of the "Best of the Valley" (published in the Phoenix Magazine March 2009).
Prior to moving to the greater Phoenix area in the fall of 1992, Dr. Troche was an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the R. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland and Chief of the Reproductive Endocrine Service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He has conducted research and is published in the area of growth factors in the human endometrium, in particular, Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and its receptor. Dr. Troche is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Maricopa County Medical Society, and the Phoenix Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
Dr. Troche is happily married and has two wonderful daughters. In his time off he can be found road cycling or enjoying the beautiful outdoors with his family
