In Vitro Fertilization Cycles IVF

In all IVF cycles we perform Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) as part of the treatment and it is included in the prices. Assisted Hatching (AHA) when needed, indicated or requested is performed at no extra cost. In addition, all our IVF packages include a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) at no cost under the following conditions:

** IUI cycle prices vary depending upon the monitoring requirements. For donor sperm insemination (TDI) cycles additional fees such as sperm sample costs, shipping charges, short-term sperm storage or additional sperm sample processing (sperm washing & thawing) prior to IUI may apply.
*** These prices do not include any costs charges by outside facilities, such as hospitals, and pharmacies. The anesthesia fee is included in all IVF with egg donation cycles. Medication costs are not included. We perform most of the egg retrievals in our Procedure Room. If for any reason (i.e. medical condition, weight, etc.) a hospital retrieval is needed, and additional fee of $500.00 will be added to the cost of your IVF package.All treatment cycle fees are due prior to the start of the cycle. Military Discounts for IVF Treatments

Troché Fertility Centers recognizes the significant commitment and sacrifice exemplified by the men and women of the United States Armed Forces. To show our appreciation we are proud to offer discounts on in vitro fertilization (IVF) services. This discounted price represents a significant savings over the standard cost for IVF. The discount is available to all active military personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Public Health Service) and their spouses.
Dr. Troché served in the United States Army for twelve years. He did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii (1980-1984), was a staff Obstetrician and Gynecologist at a military hospital in Bremerhaven, Germany (1984-1987), was a staff Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Darnall Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas (1987-1988), and did his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (1988-1990). At Walter Reed he was Chief of the Gynecology Service in 1991 and later Chief of the Fertility Service until his separation from active duty in 1992.
Having served in the United States Army, Dr. Troché is very familiar with the limited services available to members of the armed forces. Dr. Troché and the staff of Troché Fertility Centers are pleased to offer special discounts to military members currently on active duty and hope this will help military couples achieve their reproductive goals. This discount is not limited to military personnel in our surrounding area but is also available for qualifying patients at other military installations from around the world.
The knowledgeable staff at Troché Fertility Centers is very familiar with the covered benefits for military families and we will help minimize costs. We are able to work with Tricare Prime and Standard. Tricare will generally cover infertility counseling and testing for most members as long as they have a pre-authorization.
You must be eligible for benefits through Tricare to use TFC military discount.
