** IUI cycle prices vary depending upon the monitoring requirements. For donor sperm insemination (TDI) cycles additional fees such as sperm sample costs, shipping charges, short-term sperm storage or additional sperm sample processing (sperm washing & thawing) prior to IUI may apply.
*** These prices do not include any costs charges by outside facilities, such as hospitals, and pharmacies. The anesthesia fee is included in all IVF with egg donation cycles. Medication costs are not included. PGS shipping and handling is not included.

Military Discounts for IVF Treatments
WVFC recognizes the significant commitment and sacrifice exemplified by the men and women of the United States Armed Forces. To show our appreciation we are proud to offer discounts on in vitro fertilization (IVF) services. This discounted price represents a significant savings over the standard cost for IVF. The discount is available to all active military personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Public Health Service) and their spouses.
Dr. Troche served in the United States Army for twelve years. He did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii (1980-1984), was a staff Obstetrician and Gynecologist at a military hospital in Bremerhaven, Germany (1984-1987), was a staff Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Darnall Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas (1987-1988), and did his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (1988-1990). At Walter Reed he was Chief of the Gynecology Service in 1991 and later Chief of the Fertility Service until his separation from active duty in 1992.
Having served in the United States Army, Dr. Troche is very familiar with the limited services available to members of the armed forces. Dr. Troche and the staff of WVFC are pleased to offer special discounts to military members currently on active duty and hope this will help military couples achieve their reproductive goals. This discount is not limited to military personnel in our surrounding area but is also available for qualifying patients at other military installations from around the world.
The knowledgeable staff at WVFC is very familiar with the covered benefits for military families and we will help minimize costs. We are able to work with Tricare Prime and Standard. Tricare will generally cover infertility counseling and testing for most members as long as they have a pre-authorization.
You must be eligible for benefits through Tricare to use WFVC military discount.
