Fast and Express Tracks
We have a unique program in place that allows new patients to be seen quicker and ultimately start fertility treatment sooner without sacrificing one-on-one care. This program consists of our Fast Track and Express Track Infertility Assessments.
Fast Track Infertility Assessment
The Fast Track Infertility Assessment is for patients with little or no previous fertility evaluation and or treatment. The "Fast Track" makes the most use of the time between your first contact with our practice (phone or email) and actually starting fertility treatment. When you contact WVFC for the first time, we will schedule your visit to our fertility clinic for an "Initial Assessment Consultation". This appointment starts the investigation phase where you complete any necessary paperwork and undergo a brief physical exam; we review your history, and order any diagnostic testing necessary to complete your medical profile. This visit to our fertility clinic gives you the opportunity to become familiar with our facility, meet our staff and discuss any questions you may have. A second appointment is scheduled shortly after the Initial Assessment Consultation. Dr. Troche will discuss with you his review of your medical history, any previous evaluations and treatment, and the results of recently ordered tests. He will recommend a treatment plan specifically tailored to meet your individual needs and answer any questions and concerns that you may have. At this point, you will be ready to start treatment. The "Express Track Infertility Assessment" is for patients who know what treatment they need and want to make an appointment to start planning for treatment. These patients know they need In Vitro Fertilization, Egg Donation, Gestational Carrier Cycle, or are interested in female sterilization reversal. They are new patients to our practice and may have had evaluation and or treatment elsewhere. At the "Express Track's" initial consultation we review everything that was previously done, make treatment recommendations, and start planning for treatment.
